1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500. Free for orders above ₹500.
  • Expedited Shipping: ₹200 for all orders.
  • Overnight Shipping: ₹300 for all orders.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the method you choose.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. Handling and Packaging

We do not charge any additional handling fees. All our products are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

6. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email on our website or the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aarnasales.com or +919555187709. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier service may leave a notice at your address or may attempt to deliver the package again on the next business day. If the package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
